This 40,000 sf addition to an existing 120,000

sf medical clinic involved the design of a new

building and 6 medical practices spread across on 3

floors. A new entry and connecting corridor to the

existing buildings provided the clinic with a fresh,

contemporary new identity. The building incorporated

green and energy efficient design, including soy based

exterior insulation, and a ventilated rain screen facade

using fiber cement panels. The design played off the

existing building’s brick color and window scheme,

designed to complement and fit in with the campus

buildings while standing out as a new building and

face to the clinic.
