Northpond Ventures is a leading global science, medical and

technology-driven venture firm. In evaluating the location, they

identified an opportunity to expand their expertise to the growing

Boston area. Northpond saw a home in a newly renovated historical

space in the heart of Harvard Square. Studio TROIKA was tasked

with designing a space that respected the existing brick while

displaying Northpond’s values of forward thinking, open collaboration

and employee transparency. We used datum lines on demountable

partitions to connect the space throughout. Giving employees a

common language no matter their position. Soft seating throughout

allows for quick touch down collaboration with enough space for

entertaining their future clients.
