Boston Beer Company, makers of Sam Adams Beer, Angry Orchard Cider,

and Truly Seltzer, acquired a space across the street from their long-term

brewery with the goal of creating a tap room, training center and keg

cellar to complement their existing operations.

The existing brick mill building provided a backdrop with character within

which we created a variety of spaces on two levels. Upstairs is a beautiful

tasting room for corporate training events, along with a classroom space

for training employees and vendors. Downstairs is a large keg room, which

can be configured for large events and dinners.

A beautiful connecting stair was designed and fabricated to connect the two

floors creating new vertical access which did not exist before.
